How to Request Deletion of Your Data

We respect your right to control your personal information. If you would like us to delete any data we hold about you — including data associated with authentications through Facebook, Meta, Instagram, or any other integrated platform — you may request deletion at any time.

How to Submit a Request

Send an email to privacy@lunessluxe.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

Please include in your email:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account (if applicable)
• Your Facebook/Meta user ID or username (if the deletion is related to a Meta-integrated service)
• A brief description of which data you want deleted

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion (or explain any legal obligation to retain specific records) within 30 days, as required by applicable privacy regulations including the GDPR and CCPA.

What Data We Hold

Luness Luxe operates at lunessluxe.com. For information managed through our Meta/Facebook-integrated marketing tools (Atlas Ads), we access only ad account metadata, campaign performance metrics, and business manager information — we do not store personal data of Facebook users outside of active advertising-management sessions. No consumer-level Facebook user data is stored in our systems.
