To begin a return, please email us at support@lunessluxe.com. We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address. Please do not send any items back before receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll issue a return shipping label and further steps for sending your item back.
Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your original purchase once approved, then place a new order separately.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must meet the return criteria listed above.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
